Google Adsense Publishers Can Now Change Ads Font Type

Great news for Google Adsense publishers.

Google Adsense now let you change your ads font type.

You can now use Verdana, Arial and Times font types for the Google Adsense ads displayed at your site instead of the standard fonts.

The best thing is that it’s very easy to change the font type.

You just need to log in to your account and choose the My Account tab.

Then change the font type in the Ad Display Preference section.

Your ads should then be using the new font type that you have chosen in a few minutes time.

However, you can also select custom font faces for specific ad units that you’ve created with the Manage Ads feature.

Google AdSense Payments by Western Union Now Available in Indonesia.

Great news for Indonesian AdSense publishers now that Google have decided to pay them via Western Union.

I have seen a lot of Google AdSense publishers who complains about having to fork out USD22 every time they bank in their AdSense check in Indonesia.

USD22 is a lot of money for the average Indonesian.

With the introduction of Western Union as payment option to Indonesian publishers, they could just pick up their Google AdSense payments without having to fork out USD22 and wait for a month for the money to clear.

Western Union payment method is quick, easy, and free.

That means no more waiting for checks to arrive in the mail or to clear at the bank.

Western Union payments follow Google AdSense normal payment schedule and will be available for pickup at your local Western Union agent the day after they are issued.

You will need to produce a Indonesian government-issued ID that matches your Google AdSense payee name when picking up your Western Union payment.

Google AdSense Payments by Western Union are currently only available to individual payee names, but not to businesses.

Google AdSense payments must be picked up within 35 days of issue or they will expire abd credited back to your account.

Google AdSense payments will be made in US dollars, but depending on your local Western Union agent, they may be picked up in your local currency.

Good news for Google adsense publishers who uses Western Union as the form of payment for their adsense earnings.

Google adsense recently extended the deadline to pick up the Western Union payments from 35 days to 60 days.

If you did not pick up the Western Union payment within 60 days of issuance, the payment will be credited back to your account and a payment hold will be placed on your account.

This is good if you were too sick to collect the payment as you will have 60 days before the payment expire.

Google adsense also introduced split payments for publisher who exceeds their Western Union’s payout limit. Currently publishers are issued check payment whenever their earnings exceeds their Western Union payout limit.

Now, if your adsense earnings exceeds the Western Union payout limit, Google adsense will divide up the amounts but still send them via Western Union.

For example, if your Western Union payout limit is $3,000 and your adsense earnings for the month is $5,000, Google adsense will now send you two payments : one for the limit of $3,000 and another for the remainder of $2,000. This great news as currently Google will sent a check whenever you are above the limits.

You will see 2 ‘Payment issued’ lines on your Goggle adsense Payment history page when you are getting 2 Western Union payments.
